General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 1burl platform and the user. By browsing the 1burl website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms clearly define user rights and responsibilities, the limits of platform use, the rules governing financial transactions, and the process for resolving disputes. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Important: These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All deadlines and dates are set in accordance with BST.

1burl reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice.
If any part of the Terms seems unclear in Bengali, please contact the support team.
Continued use of the platform will be considered confirmation of acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To open an account and use services at 1burl, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
You must be of sound mind and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You may operate only one account in your own name.
Persons on the prohibited list (such as self-excluded users) may not create an account.
Platform staff or their close relatives may not participate in active bonus promotions.

21+ Only: 1burl maintains strict verification measures to prevent access by minors. If age verification fails, the account will be closed immediately.

Account Registration and Management

Registration Requirements

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 1burl reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time.

A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

1burl conducts identity verification to ensure safe and fair gaming. Withdrawal requests may be held if required documents are not provided on time.

A clear copy of a national ID card or passport may be required.
Proof of ownership of the payment method may be requested.
Your balance will remain secure until the verification process is complete.

Account Security

Keep your username and password confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the support team immediately. 1burl is not responsible for accounts operated by third parties. It is strongly recommended to change your password regularly and use a strong password.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

1burl currently supports transactions through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
Deposited funds must come from a registered mobile wallet.
Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly.
Depositing from someone else's wallet is prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
Processing is usually completed within 10–45 minutes.
Withdrawals will be sent to the wallet from which the deposit was made.
Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.

To prevent money laundering, 1burl reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and hold it if necessary. Only use your own wallet.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000 (maximum bonus cap is ৳20,000)

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer can be claimed only once (the welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only).
After claiming a bonus, the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
Misuse of bonus offers will result in the bonus being voided and action may be taken against the account.
1burl reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements in Detail

Wagering requirements specify how much you must bet with bonus funds before withdrawing them. The wagering requirement for the 1burl welcome bonus is 10x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered. Once this amount has been bet, the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Important Wagering Rules

Bets on certain games may count fully or partially toward wagering — confirm with the support team.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit.
There may be a maximum bet limit per wager — placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
Cashing out or abandoning a game before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings.

Gaming Rules

Casino Games

All casino games are operated according to the individual rules of each game provider. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is fully impartial and verifiable. Fair play is ensured in every game.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are broadcast in real time and operated live. If a bet is cancelled due to a disconnection, it will be settled according to the game provider's policy. In the event of a technical issue, 1burl's decision is final.

Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change up until a bet is confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the relevant rules. For multi-bet (parlay) wagers, if one event is cancelled, the total odds will be recalculated.

Technical Errors and Disputes

If a technical error causes an incorrect win or loss amount to be displayed, 1burl reserves the right to correct it. Funds received based on erroneous results may be forfeited. Any dispute must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

Operating multiple accounts under the same person ("multi-accounting").
Creating artificial betting patterns or account coalitions to gain bonus advantages.
Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to operate games.
Attempting to exploit the platform's security systems or technical vulnerabilities.
Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimize illegal funds.
Operating an account using another user's identity or with false information.
Impersonating a platform employee or representative.
Harassing, intimidating, or treating other users inappropriately.

Consequences: If evidence of prohibited activity is found, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

1burl places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure.

Users' personal information is not shared with third parties for any commercial purpose.
Information may be shared with authorities if required by law or to prevent fraud.

1burl may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

Violation of terms and conditions.
Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
Providing false identity or documents.
Evidence of being underage.
Bonus abuse.
Involvement in prohibited activities.
